"No Show" and Cancellation Policy

It is our goal is to provide excellent care to each of our patients in a timely manner. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows us to better utilize appointment times for other patients in need of prompt care:

No Show - shall mean any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment is subject to a $50.00 No Show Charge.
 

Same Day Cancellation - shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled day and time is thereby subject to a $50.00 No Show Charge.
 

Late Arrival - shall mean any patient who arrives at the clinic 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment may require the appointment to be rescheduled and be subject to a $50.00 No Show Charge.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Although we are not accepting insurance, we are able to create an itemized invoice for you to bill back to your insurance provider.

Cash, Check, Debit and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
